BAND'S BIO
Firing on all cylinders of Rock 'n' Roll and Rhythm n Blues, Big Rig Dollhouse brings you the most
explosive high-energy Rock 'n' Roll music.
Singer and Guitarist Rob Castle left England for the love of music. Settling into the Southern California scene, he soon set out to find the
screaming, classic Rock 'n' Roll sound that he so badly needed.
Finding first, the friendship of driven bass player Ty Tryon in August 2016. Ty has a similar interest of
breaking through the specific sound of Rock 'n' Roll and taking it to the next level. Scouring the players
of Southern California, they fatefully would cross paths with the heavy hitting, fire throwing,
experienced drummer that is Brian Dropkin.
The 3 piece sound was huge and infectious. The power trio was instantly locked in! The three of them
took to the road, getting fantastic responses and developing a faithful and committed fan base.
In the bands second month, Guitarist and roommate of Brian Dropkin (Drummer), Jarett Glodt saw the
magic and asked if the three would be interested in building the Dollhouse to a four piece. It was a
decision that gave the band the added dynamic of two lead guitars. With Rob’s fierce vocals, the
booming rhythm section of Ty and Brian, and the dueling, squealing, harmonizing and thunderous guitar
tones of Jarett and Rob, Big Rig Dollhouse was brought to its full potential and the line up set in stone in
September 2016.
Paying tribute to the legends of real rock n roll, Big Rig Dollhouse really captures the sound of late 60’s
to early 70’s rock music but with a very current feel and look. Channeling artists like Thin Lizzy, Led
Zeppelin, MC5, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Humble Pie and Funkadelic (to name a few), Big Rig’s influences
can be heard and felt in their music. With throwback references, modern day production, an amazing
live show, uncompromised talent and the drive to succeed, Big Rig Dollhouse is on a mission to bring
real rock music back to a world that is currently lost musically.

Within 6 short total months, Big Rig Dollhouse has gained almost 2000 likes on Facebook, nearly 3000
followers on Instagram, has played many venues, bars, festivals, and are continuously out on the road
touring and building a strong and devoted fan base.
